Do you know, for various
reasons each year,
thousands of holidays have to be cancelled in the UK.
A holiday booking is a legally binding
contract. If you fall ill, have an accident, become redundant, suffer the
loss of a family member or business partner, or are otherwise prevented from
taking your holiday and your accommodation provider is unable to re-let your
accommodation, there could be a cancellation charge. This could be as much as
the full cost of your holiday including any deposits.
This is standard practice throughout the
UK.
I advise guests to take the precaution
of insurance if booking weekly summer holidays. There are preferential
rates allowing discounted pricing with a leading insurance
company should guests wish to take advantage of this facility
and would be pleased to arrange cover at time of booking.
